Role Overview

Alchelyst is recruiting an Investor Services Analyst for its Transfer Agency team in Luxembourg. The role suits a professional with at least five years of investor services experience who is comfortable in a hands‑on, control‑focused environment within a regulated CSSF framework. The position centers on end‑to‑end investor services operations across AIF structures, including onboarding, AML/KYC, dealing, cash processing, reconciliations, and investor reporting. The successful candidate will support the Luxembourg team by ensuring accurate, timely execution of tasks in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a member of the Global Transfer Agency Team.

Key Responsibilities

Day‑to‑Day Transfer Agency Operations
  • Execute and control daily TA activities: investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, subscriptions, redemptions, switches, payment processing,     cash and bank reconciliations, and investor record maintenance.
  • Ensure tasks meet cut‑off times, procedures, and SLAs with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and client queries, escalating when needed.
  • Collaborate with other Alchelyst locations to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
AML/KYC &Regulatory Controls
  • Perform and review AML/KYC due diligence in line with Luxembourg regulations, CSSF guidance, and internal policies.
  • Maintain complete, up‑to‑date documentation within TA systems.
  • Support ongoing monitoring and remediation actions.
Operational Risk & Controls
  • Apply a strong control mindset, including four‑eyes checks, validation controls, and reconciliations.
  • Identify operational errors, breaches, or process gaps and support corrective actions.
  • Support the maintenance of written procedures and adherence to documented workflows.
Systems & Data
  • Operate and maintain transfer agency and investor record‑keeping systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Internal & Client Interaction
  • Act as an operational point of contact for internal stakeholders, fund administrators, depositaries, and other service     providers.
  • Respond to client and investor queries relating to transactions, documentation, and reporting.
Reporting & MI Support
  • Assist in preparing operational metrics, including transaction volumes, AML/KYC statuses, reconciliations, and issue tracking.
  • Support periodic reporting required by internal management, compliance, or clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least five years of hands‑on Transfer Agency / Investor Services experience within a     Luxembourg regulated environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge of investor onboarding, AML/KYC, dealing, cash processing, reconciliations, and investor reporting.
  • Experience with transfer agency platforms and a strong focus on data quality and controls.
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg AML/CFT requirements and CSSF expectations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage daily workloads, and prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • French and/or German fluency is considered an asset
  • Detail‑oriented, risk‑aware, and comfortable in a hands‑on, transaction‑focused role.
